The Jet-Set Family’s Las Vegas Fine-Dining Guide

Yes, guilty as charged. I have tighter pants to prove it. Accompanied by social media’s biggest trendsetters in fashion, travel, health, beauty, food and entertainment, Jet-Set Mom nibbled my way through Las Vegas during The Trend Tribe’s Influencer Weekend. Aria Resort & Casino Las Vegas was home for the weekend and I had the distinct pleasure of experiencing the luxe life with the most fascinating tribe ever. Make sure to check it out on Instagram and follow along at #TTTVegas

Where to eat in Las Vegas?

Sirio Ristorante Finally, at last, an authentic Italian restaurant that feels like home. We feasted on a homemade pasta duo of Ravioli filled with ricotta, spinach, swiss chard, in a sage butter sauce, and Pici Toscana, a hand-rolled thick spaghetti in a three-meat ragu. Executive Chef Vincenzo Scarmiglia’s house limoncello flowed and we enjoyed a live antipasti and cheese kitchen that could bring any Italian grandmother to her knees. Everything can be found on the Sirio Ristorante Menu and Tasting Menu. Still want to hear more? The Trend Tribe has a fabulous recap of the dinner.

Jean Georges Steakhouse LOVE! It is the perfect place for a date night or GNO with tunes spinning from Morrissey, Mazy Star and Adam Ant. Jean Georges is everything a restaurant in Vegas should be. Hip, cool, and ‘the place’ to be. Even though this is a steakhouse, the sushi will knock your cashmere Ted Baker socks right off your feet and the non-alcoholic homemade sodas are enough to make you find a way to enjoy a vacay at Betty Ford. We received a special behind-the-scenes of tour of the kitchen where we saw Executive Chef Robert Moore work his magic and my life will never be the same. Jean Georges Steakhouse Menu. In reviews, Jean Georges Steakhouse was highly recommended by The Trend Tribe and Chamorro Chica.

Sage Wow. Just wow! Have you ever been to a restaurant that just exceeded your expectations every way possible? Welcome to Sage where every single part of the dining experience was amazing. The flavors, the cocktails, the freshness, the selection, the atmosphere and ambiance, left us for wanting more. Oh, and make sure to order the Roasted Mushrooms salad, Sashimi of Yellowtail, and Maine Day Boat Scallops, it’s so good you’ll see unicorns. I promise you, you’re going to add me to your Christmas gift list for telling you about this place. I feel funny about picking favorites, but where the other restaurants received 10’s across the board, Sage is a clear winner with 11’s. Sage Menu and Tasting Menu. Sage was also a favorited by The Trend Tribe .

JET-SET FAMILY INSIDER INFO: Now you are about to love The Jet-Set Family even MORE. Did you know that you no longer have to sacrifice an amazing meal or be a slave to room service because your lil’ Jet-setters In Training have to be in bed? Sirio Ristorante, Jean Georges Steakhouse and Sage offer early evening prix fixe menus special between 5 – 7 pm.

Comme Ça Blink or you will miss the moment you transition from the hip and ultra-trendy Cosmopolitan Las Vegas to becoming completely emerged inside an authentic French brasserie. Comme Ça is a magical and a delicious, culinary wonderland for serious foodies. The tribe of trendsetters dared to be different and dined  on everything from Roasted Beef Tongue and Oxtail Jam, Charred Calamari, Steak and Salmon Tartares, to Handmade Charcuterie and the finest signature cocktail imaginable. I couldn’t help, but be a looky-loo and peek at what all the other diners were ordering. The smells were out of this world and there was not one guest who wasn’t raving about how wonderful their meal was. With the most amazing drawings on the walls, the Eiffel Tower lit up in front of the Paris Hotel and the perfectly selected music, I forgot for a moment where we actually were. Comme Ça Menu. Comme Ça was one of The Trend Tribe‘s top contenders!

Nobhill Tavern Two words :: Happy Hour. Deep inside the MGM Grand is where Michael Mina made all of our stiletto wearing, swanky dress, highfalutin dreams become reality with PBR. Yes, you heard me correctly. Pabst Blue Ribbon in a can. OK, so maybe at first I was drinking the Cuban Summers and Moscow Mules like it was Evian, but by the time the evening was over this ‘klassy’ well-behaved bunch started a beer can pyramid. Our husbands would be green with envy, we laughed while feasting on the greatest ‘tavern’ food imaginable, and the Yankees were playing. Best part? I am a nibbler, so instead of agonizing over one entree, I would much rather pick at a bunch of different items. Nobhill Tavern completely had my number dialed in with Beer-Battered Shrimp, Duck Fat Fries, Oysters and the Shaved Honeycrisp Apple Salad. Nob Hill Happy Hour Menu.
