During an early morning Disneyland trip we decided to grab some breakfast at Flo’s V8 Café inside Cars Land at Disney’s California Adventure park. Not entirely sure what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised. And I can honestly say, this was the best bacon I have ever eaten at Disneyland!
The quick-service diner style atmosphere is perfect for the whole family to enjoy meals like the very delicious french toast served with salted caramel and bananas, or Cars themed hotcakes. Open everyday at 8 a.m., it is the perfect place to rev your engines and start your days inside Radiator Springs Cars Land. I will be the first to say, for a ‘order at the counter’ restaurant, the menu at Flo’s V8 Cafe does not disappoint!
During your meal, make sure to take a look around because scattered throughout Flo’s V8 Cafe are special mementos of Flo’s past as a well-known singer, as well as a whole section of the dining room dedicated as a museum highlighting the racing career of Doc Hudson.
Centrally located in downtown Radiator Springs, Flo’s V8 Café is one of our favorites spots in Disney for a quick sit down bite. Inexpensive, decent portion of food, and a cool, comfy place to sit down, relax and take in the decor – we definitely recommend it and would eat there again!
